2024 Head Coaches
Coach Laura - 6U Cheer
I have 6 years of coaching experience and though I have coached various levels of cheer, and love all the kids, I have to admit my favorite squad of all is the 6U babies. Watching them grow and discover their potential while falling in love with cheer is so much fun and rewarding not just for them but also for me. I am grateful for the opportunity and the trust you have in me to be on this new journey in your child’s life and am looking forward to what this season has in store for all of us.

I have danced in three MJC productions including two Jam n Jive’s, and one Modern showcase. My favorite part of cheerleading is the dance aspect. So as a former dancer, you can expect greatness from me as a coach, choreographer, and mentor. This is my first year coaching, so I am determined to make it an amazing season!

Coach Alex - 6U Football
With 15 plus years of football experience from youth to high school, I want to share life values of the game with the youth. The game of football teaches you and requires dedication, self-discipline and
perseverance. It's a true team sport where unity is a must cause we're stronger and better when we're united. I've learned how to be a good leader, how to be reliable and the value of hard work through football. For this season, my focus and goals are to teach fundamentals and discipline, loving the game, preparing the team to compete each week and having fun.
Coach Aundre - 8U Football
Andres Avendano, commonly known as Coach Andre. I've been coaching youth sports since 2019. Entering my second year as a head coach, my straightforward plan focuses on developing and teaching the fundamentals of football. In our approach, nothing is given; everything is earned. We don't wish for success; we work for it.
Coach Matt - 10U Football
I coached with the Manteca Chargers from 99-04. I was the Offensive Coordinator, was part of a great bunch of kids, and had the pleasure to see a couple of the kids continue on to play D1 college football. I was with the Ripon Knights from 2015-21 as the Head Coach of Jr Novice (3 years), Novice (2 years) won a Superbowl in 2018, and JV (2 years) while also serving on the board as Equipment Manager, VP, and President. I do this for one reason, and that is for the kids. It's hard for me to explain the joy of seeing the kids accomplish their goals throughout the season as well as deal with defeat. I coach because it's my passion to give every child the opportunity to play this great game of football. I am very excited to start this new chapter with the Central Valley Dolphins. Fins up, let's get to work!
Coach Sefa - 12U Football
A native of San Francisco, CA, Sefa has always had a heart and passion for the inner city youth. As a player Sefa was always known as JT. He was a 4-year starter, attending Novato High School, where he served as a team captain for 2 years playing on both sides of the ball. In 2019, he launched LW Training. In those five years, he has mentored and coached countless athletes, building leaders through youth sports. To whom much is given, much is required, and he is committed to developing all student athletes through integrity, hard work, discipline and sportsmanship.
“Whatever you do, Do it whole heartily as for the Lord and not for Men.”
-Colossians 3:23
Coach Brandon - 14U Football
I began coaching youth football in 2019. I’ve since used my love and knowledge for the game, to inspire and mentor the youth, as well as parents and fellow coaches in my community. As a coach and mentor, I stress accountability, responsibility, and integrity in everything; both on and off the field. I use my life experiences and my story to relate to my players and the people of my community, in hopes to inspire a positive change for a better future.
